Q) What is your return policy ?

A) Due to our products being handmade, all items are final sale.  However, if there is a fault with your piece, please get in touch via georgina@tatianaalidadesign.co.uk

Q) What does co-ord mean?

A) Co-ord is the necklace and earrings together. You can purchase our jewellery as a co-ord or individually.

Q) Will the earrings stretch my ear lobes?

A) Our earrings vary in weight Flamenco and Aloha can be heavy for some people, so although we have not experienced any stretching, please be aware of this if you have delicate ears.

Q) Can the jewellery be worn in water?

A) Our jewellery is made from a strong plastic cord, so is durable in water, however shouldn’t be worn in water for long periods of time to avoid bead discolouration and should be cleaned after if it’s been in chlorine water.

Q) Will my jewellery look the same as the images on the website?

A) Yes of course, however as the pearls are freshwater pearls, you might see some slight differences in colour.

Q) How much does postage cost?

A) Postage is FREE for all orders to the UNITED KINGDOM. Shipping is then £15 for the REST OF THE WORLD.

Q) When will I receive my order?

A) We aim to have product with you in 5 working days. We post orders with Royal Mail Tracked 2nd class.

Q) I haven’t received my order and it’s been over 5 days?

A) We are sorry to hear this. Please email us georgina@tatianaalidadesign.co.uk and we will get back to you immediately.

Q) What will I receive with my order?

A) You will receive the jewellery you have ordered along with a branded pouch and sticker. We use them for when we take our jewellery on Holiday with us to keep them safe and secure in our suitcases. They are also great to have in your handbag for a jewellery change throughout the day!
